In order to improve the execution ability of employees, enhance discipline and team collaboration awareness, enhance the cohesion of the company, and achieve the effect of "unity and unity", and promote the comprehensive development of Beiote, our company held a military training event in the company's factory area from May 27-28, 2017.
At 8:30 am on the 27th, all participants, led by Director Zhu Zongfa of the President's Office, welcomed the arrival of military training activities with full emotions. This training team is divided into four teams, mainly focusing on standing posture, cross standing, stopping and turning, walking in unison, and walking in front of each other. Under the careful guidance and strict training of the instructor, the spiritual outlook of the employees has taken on a new look. With a neat and uniform pace, the slogans of "one, two, three, and four" resounded throughout the entire park.
During the interval of military training activities, in order to alleviate everyone's nervousness, the CEO's office specially organized two classic group games. The leggings race game not only tested everyone's collective sense of honor, but also effectively demonstrated the mutual understanding between each team, especially in the tug of war. In the "battle" for first and second place, the surpassing team and the Chaoyang team were at a stalemate, unable to determine the outcome. At the final moment, the Chaoyang team achieved the ultimate victory with a high level of team spirit, tacit cooperation, and the belief of not giving up easily.
After the military training, the President's Office also organized a military training summary meeting for all participants. At the meeting, Director Zhu affirmed the achievements of everyone's military training, especially praising all the participating team members from the production line for their discipline and obedience. He highly praised their collective consciousness of not being afraid of hardship and fatigue, and not wanting to affect the team's honor due to personal reasons. Finally, General Manager Hu of the Operations Center delivered a concluding speech, stating that this military training has greatly improved everyone's execution and team awareness.
